This is where our highly trained mechanics fine-tune your knives so that they cut the way they should.  The machines are maintained to keep sharpening the knives to the precise angles needed to keep them sharp.

After every knife is sharpened, they are run through the washer to sterilize them and to make sure all grinding dust is removed so that a good clean sanitized knife back to your business and kitchen.
